Mr. Hasier has spent a considerable portion of his legal legal career representing financial institutions in litigation as well as on the transaction side.  In the Litigation side he has appeared in Illinois State Courts, Federal District and Appealate Court and Bankruptcy Court enforcing the rights of these clients. In addition he has defended financial institutions on lender liability issues as swell as contract claims. 

On the transactional side, Mr. Hasier  has documented and reviewed hundreds of loan transactions from single asset transactions to complex multi-million dollar loan transactions. This has included documenting conventional loans, acquisition loans, construction loans, loan refinancing, loan sales, loan workouts and modifications as well as SBA loans. Mr. Hasier has been actively involved reviewing drafting, documenting and negotiating commercial loan transactions. Whether as Borrowers counsel or as Lender’s counsel, legal representation at this juncture is critical in order that the parities rights and obligations can be fully understood and implemented.
